Candidate Handbook
The CVA
Candidate Handbook provides more details about the credentialing
process. The Registration Form is what you will need to complete to
begin the program, and return it to the AVA office with your fee and
letters of reference.
- Registration for the 2005 cycle is now closed.
- Registration for the 2006 cycle begins October 1, 2005 and
ends March 1, 2006.

You can download the samples below to learn more. However, to participate in the 2006 cycle, you must use 2006 materials when they become available in September 2005.
