Its members are professionals representing community nonprofit organizations that provide volunteer opportunities for the community's population. Our purpose is to provide support and encouragement of volunteerism and provide general education and awareness of volunteerism to the community, and act as a network of coordinators and leaders of volunteer programs. We meet on the third Monday of the month (except in December) at the Old Country Buffet at 11:00 for lunch, a program and our business meeting. Each meeting is an interactive discussion involving a speaker, panel or presentation. |
