A CHANGE OF WORLDS – A Memorial Service in Native American
Tradition Ona Rita Yufe, Kaiser Permanente Hospice, California Session Description: This ritual encourages participants to remember
those for whom they provided professional service or those close to them
personally who have died. The service includes peaceful meditation,
music, poetic readings and name recognition through the use of tokens,
artifacts and verbal reminiscences. Learning Objectives: Level: Basic
