Session Description: This workshop will focus on tools and strategies you can use to deal more effectively with situations that require you to work with difficult co-workers or volunteers.  Just one difficult person can disrupt an entire agency, increase stress levels and decrease productivity.  Learn to identify difficult traits and their motivation.
