Session Description: The pattern of management is changing.  Control and power are out and leadership and support are in.  This session focuses on the changing world of management and offers perspective on influence versus power.  Participants will gain understanding of motivation and how to maximize their potential to become an effective leader.

2. Describe the differences between power and influence
