Session Description: This workshop will focus on the issues involved in balancing personal values with professional responsibilities and conflicting community expectations.  Values based frameworks for ethical decision making will be discussed and analyzed for their practical implications in volunteer settings.

1. To identify specific valuing/ethical dilemmas related to the role(s) of volunteers
2. To analyze various frameworks for ethical decision making in terms of practical implications/outcomes
3. To apply decision making frameworks and principles to specific situations
