IF I WANT YOUR OPINION, I'LL ASK FOR IT: Designing Volunteer Opinion Surveys Regi Mezydlo, Brookfield Zoo, Illinois Session Description: Volunteers often give us
their opinions, many times unsolicited! How can we use their
thoughts to better inform our program structures? In this workshop,
we will discuss how Brookfield Zoo designed and administered two
comprehensive, multi-page opinion surveys. The results from those
surveys drove both short- and long-term programmatic goals. Learning Objectives: Level: Intermediate
