Session Description: Explore the practical applications of current research on Volunteer Administration.  Hear summaries of these research projects: 1) Organizational Effectiveness in the Utilization of Episodic Volunteers; 2) From Service to Civics; and, 3) Qualitative Research Identifying Components of Contemporary Volunteer Administration.  Discuss implications.
