Session Description: Where and how do you find good volunteers?  What will turn them on and off?  How should volunteers who go for the gold be rewarded?  In this session we will discuss the answers to these questions as we share what works and doesn’t when working with fundraising volunteers.

2. Explain why the successful integration of volunteer into a fundraising program does not happen by chance
3. List the components of a volunteer management system
4. Explain why the "personal approach" is the most effective way of recruiting fundraising volunteers - affluence, influence availability and team spirit
