an increased need for accurate quantitative and qualitative data
to demonstrate the impact of this work and the value of service.
How does your Volunteer Center measure success in these areas?

Focus on outcome based
measurement tools, review and analyze your present measurement
prac-tices and learn about other benchmarking tools. Examine the
potential for relationships between state, regional and local
Volunteer Centers and Volunteer Administrators. Jointly sponsored

Network, and AVA.
