Session Description: Imaginary boundaries can reduce the involvement and cultivation of crucial market segments as volunteers.  This organization will share its strategies, efforts and programs in targeting young adults and persons with disabilities.  Participants will gather tools and information to help them develop ways to expand their outreach and maintain  relationships.

1. Learn proven examples for recruiting college-aged students and persons with disabilities as volunteers
2. Learn best how to involve college-aged students and persons with disabilities into your volunteer workforce
3. Learn about the resources available at the American Red Cross for college-aged students and persons with disabilities
4. Leave with examples for developing your own plan on incorporating college-aged students and persons with disabilities into your program
