VOLUNTEER COACHING: Understanding Self and Others

Session Description: Training techniques used will include work in groups to discover a volunteer coaching process.  We will work with handouts to identify steps in giving and receiving feedback.  Participants will complete a quadrant analysis to identify core strengths and negative descriptors and qualities they find difficult to deal with in others.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will discover and utilize the steps in a volunteer coaching process
2. Participants will complete a quadrant analysis to identify core strengths
3. Participants will identify qualities they find difficult to deal with in others and identify ways to overcome these.
