VOLUNTEER COACHING: Understanding Self and Others Steven M. Schultz, Aid Association for Lutherans, Wisconsin Session Description: Training techniques used will
include work in groups to discover a volunteer coaching process. We
will work with handouts to identify steps in giving and receiving
feedback. Participants will complete a quadrant analysis to identify
core strengths and negative descriptors and qualities they find difficult
to deal with in others. Learning Objectives: Level: Basic-Intermediate
