Session Description: Participatory workshop covers faith-based fundamentals and critical factors of a highly successful program:  Top-down buy-in, friend raising, value of time donation, atmosphere of extended family, necessary paid positions, measuring program impact, local level support and contribution of volunteerism.

Participants will learn the impact they can have towards:
1. Successful psychology of an exceptional program
2. Program development: critical success factors
3. Functioning as CEO of the volunteer constituency
4. Providing program measurements that directly impact the entire organization, including the bottom line
