Session Description: Leaders of volunteers devote much of their time attempting to influence their organization to do what is necessary to have an outstanding program.  You must dismiss resistance and barriers presented by staff and administration, boards, volunteers, funders and others.  Work through a persuasion strategy that will lead you to “Yes”.
