Session Description: The first step in building effective partnership is creating a safe structure in which all the players can think for themselves.  This workshop introduces you to a process which makes the first step dependably successful, which provides a structure for effective collaboration and which makes the most of every interaction.

2. Practice Part 1 of the Thinking Session
3. Understand the power of Incisive Questions in overcoming limiting assumptions
4. Experience the effectiveness in meetings of equal turns and rounds
5. Hear examples of the application of the Thinking Environment™ to manage paid staff and volunteers and work collaboratively within and between organizations
