Session Description: Recruiting and screening volunteers from faith based organizations and congregations requires knowledge of such things as discernment, spiritual gifts, and unique methods of screening.  Come to this workshop to gather ideas to enhance your involvement of faith-based volunteers.

1. Examine 3 different religious communities concepts about faith and volunteer and how they come to giving service
2. Use potential jobs from your own program and devise a plan to recruit in a faith congregation
