TIME MANAGEMENT: Finding Balance When 24 Hours in a Day is Not Enough

Session Description: Using a “time audit” and other interactive exercises, this workshop will help Volunteer Program Directors set priorities, deal with stress and find balance between demanding professional and personal lives.  Attendees will identify 12 major time sinkholes and learn practical, easy to implement strategies for avoiding time traps and improving efficiency.
