INTERNATIONAL PATHWAYS TO PROFESSIONALISM: Tools for Developing an International Exchange with Colleagues

Session Description: Feel like you've "been there, done that"?  Revitalize your career and expand your horizons professionally through an international exchange or study program.  A panel will discuss several international exchange models suitable for volunteer administrators, and participants will receive sample materials and resources to help them develop a program or experience.

Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how an international exchange experience or study tour focused on volunteer administration can build professionalism and expand horizons.
2. Gain knowledge of at least 3-4 forms of international exchange experiences for volunteer administrators
3. Receive helpful sample materials, a resource list and ideas on funding to assist them in planning an international exchange or study experience for their members or themselves
