Georgean is a trainer and consultant in nonprofit management and volunteer involvement. She conducts national and regional interactive workshops on Volunteer Management topics such as employee/volunteer relations, recruitment, recognition and evaluation, family and youth volunteering, and aspects of Nonprofit Leadership including customer service, conflict management, organizational development and strategic planning.

As a presenter and keynote speaker, Georgean communicates concrete strategies as she motivates individuals and organizations to utilize their talents, skills and gifts. She has years of nonprofit and volunteer management experience in healthcare, government, social service and faith-based organizations.

She holds a Master's in Education/Staff Training & Development and a BA in Sociology from Indiana University.
