Since 1984, Kathleen has presented to over 12,000 participants from diverse backgrounds, education, and heritage in the United States, Korea, Spain, Germany, Holland, Canada, and Belgium. She has developed curriculum and presented materials to assist with AVA's credentialing process. Other topics include strategic planning, leadership, recognition, recruitment, motivation, outcome-based evaluation, management, and more. She is certified in the Organizational Planning (c) Process. Awards include: 2000 AVA Harriet Naylor Distinguished Member Award, 2001 Top 16 Trainers in the US for Graduate School USDA, government service awards, and the Army's Emma Baird Award.
