Mary Merrill, LSW, strengthens leadership and organizational structures that support volunteerism, specializing in volunteer management, board governance, impact evaluation, leadership and ethics. Mary works internationally through the International Executive Service Corps. Mary teaches the Institute for Leadership and Volunteer Administration as Adjunct Faculty at The Ohio State University. She is editor of the Journal of Volunteer Administration. Mary was an invited speaker for the 1st AVA Asian Pacific Conference and the 17th IAVE World Volunteer Conference, Korea, 2002. She presents annually at the International Conference for Volunteer Administration and the National Conference of Community Volunteering & National Service.
