Dr. Ken Culp, III is Volunteerism Specialist for 4-H/Youth Development at the University of Kentucky. He provides direct support to 144 4-H staff who utilize 16,153 volunteers serving 246,361 youth. With 20 years experience in volunteer administration and development, he serves as consultant and as key note speaker. Ken uses humor and life experiences to charge his presentations. His research and interactive workshops include recruitment, selection, motivation, evaluation, recognition, retention, trends, strategic planning, program effectiveness and leadership development.
