Nancy Gaston, CVA, is an interactive trainer and a consultant with emphasis on faith-based organizations. For congregational mobilization programs she stresses vision, organizational development, spiritual gifts and leadership development.

As a presenter and conference keynote speaker, Nancy addresses societal trends, meeting management, conflict management, humor and creativity, volunteer recognition, intelligence types, and generational differences.

She has directed a crisis line, a chore service, a volunteer center, and a church lay ministry program and has written for publications including The Journal of Volunteer Administration, Volunteer Impact, Supervising Volunteers, and Tools for Building Your Volunteer Ministry. Nancy is a Certified Volunteer Administrator and a Certified Human Behavior Consultant.
