Announcement
Regarding Voting at the Annual Meeting.

This
is a special announcement for AVA members. All current members are
eligible to vote at Friday's Annual Meeting. But in order to vote,
you must be credentialed and have a voting card. You are already credentialed
if you returned the yellow pre-credentialing form to the office with
your ballot in September. If you did not return the form, you can
credential on Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and from 3:00 pm to
5:00 pm at the AVA booth.
On Friday, all credentialed AVA members should pick up a voting card
between 9:30 am and 11:30 am outside the ballroom. Only members holding
voting cards will be allowed to vote during the Annual Meeting. |

CVA
Reception Tickets Still Available
|
Its
not too late to buy your tickets for the CVA reception on Friday evening
(6:00 -7:30 pm) The reception will feature a discussion with fellow
CVAs and other AVA leaders regarding the Reposition the Profession
Initiative. Tickets can be purchased at the AVA booth. |

The
books of Christopher Spence and Nancy Kline are not available
at the Points of Light Bookstore due to shipping irregularities.

Chat Room
|
Visit the AVA Chat Room to give your feedback to AVA Board Members,
to talk about the future of AVA or ask any burning questions. The
Chat Room is located at the AVA booth in the exhibits area. |

It's
not too late to see beautiful Colorado while
you're at the conference!
Colorado Event Organizers will be anisette Thursday and Friday for
tour sign-ups for Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, and gambling
in Blackhawk.
If
you have any questions about the tours or want to sign up for the
Mile High City tour on Wednesday, please ask a conference volunteer
to find a member of the Special Events and Tours committee for assistance.
